absolutely horrified by the weak wi-fi only available in the main office, where on earth is the 21st-century hospitality? also, who wants dampness with mould in their bungalow? i woudl ve loved an upgrade for these inconveniences, but apparently that’s too much to ask. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

We spent our days enjoying the lake, kids in the pool while we relaxed under the sun. The staff completed the experience with their friendliness and attentiveness. The proximity to delightful towns was a bonus! The evening gelato strolls were magical.
